Adding general terms and conditions
To add your general terms and conditions, go to Settings > General data:
Scroll down to General terms & conditions:
Here you can upload a file by clicking Add. It is best to use a PDF file for your general terms and conditions. After selecting the right file, click on Save.
From now on, customers must agree to the general terms and conditions before placing an order:
This box is mandatory. Customers can open and read the file by clicking on the hyperlink.
Do we have a template?
No, we do not have a template for general terms and conditions. These should be customised for your company.
There's a multitude of free examples online, or you can also buy templates.
However, the safest thing to do is to consult a legal expert!
