Modifying properties ✏️
To edit your existing files, select up to one file. In the sidebar that opens, you can find the properties of your file and make some changes.
The title is the name of your file as you see it at the top of the sidebar.
The alt text is a short description you give to an image, and appears if the image on your page does not load. This helps search engines better understand and index your pages.
The description is only used in the media library
You can have files indexed by search engines such as Google
Selecting multiple files 🔘
To select multiple files at once, first select one file. Click other files using the circle at the top left of the file, or use Shift/Command/Control on your keyboard to easily select multiple images.

List view
In the list view, you can select multiple files by checking the box next to the file. To select all files at once, click the top box.
Moving files 📁
Within the media library, you can use folders to organise your files neatly. Click New folder +, name your folder and save your change.
To move an existing file, select it and click the left icon in the sidebar. Select the folder and move your file. You can also select multiple files and drag them to a folder at once.
Downloading files ⬇️
If you have added files to the media library but deleted the original file from your device, you can always re-download files using this button:
ℹ️ If you have selected multiple files, they will be downloaded as a .zip file.
Deleting background with AI 🪄
Have an image and want to remove the background, but have no idea how to do it yourself? Use our AI that will remove the background for you!
Deleting files 🗑️
Select one or more files and click the bin icon to delete them. Deleted files cannot be restored.
