The media library is the central place in your Plug&Pay where all media is collected and managed; all images, videos and download files can be found here 📂.

You always add new media through the media library. Whether you do this directly in the media library or when adding an image to your product.

In the media library, add a new file by clicking File + at the top right:

If you are editing a product or a page, and want to add an image or file directly, select New file +:

Click on the screen to add your file, or drag and drop your file onto the screen.

You can select or drag and drop multiple files at once to upload them simultaneously.

After your files have been uploaded, click Continue. If necessary, change the title of your files and enter an alt text. Alt text is a short description you add to an image, and it appears when the image does not load. This helps search engines better understand and index your pages.

Click Save to add your files to the media library.

Use folders to neatly sort and group your files. Create a folder to which you add all your download files for example.

Click New folder +, name your folder and save your changes. Upload new files to your folder immediately, or move existing files here.

To move an existing file, select it and click the left icon in the sidebar. Select the folder and move your file(s).

To move files from your folder to the main folder, navigate to the folder and select your file(s). Click this icon to move the file to the main folder:

You can edit or delete your folder by opening your folder:

When deleting your folder, you can choose to delete its content or choose to move the content to a different folder.

Each file may have a maximum file size of 50MB. No storage is kept in Plug&Pay's media library, so you can upload as many files as you want 😃
