Running unprocessed rules

Re-run all failed rules

When you've connected Plug&Pay with other systems such as Huddle, ActiveCampaign or other tools via webhooks, it can happen that a rule isn't executed.

In this article, you'll read how to run these unprocessed rules after the fact.


Re-running individual failed integrations

The error is shown with an orange triangle ⚠️. You'll come across this in your list of orders, among other places.

You can view and re-run the failed integration by selecting the order and opening the Integrations tab under History.

By hovering your mouse over the triangle, you can view the error message. Using the arrows, you can re-run the integration.


Re-running all failed integrations

If you have multiple failed integrations, you can re-run them in bulk. Navigate to the arrows menu in the top right and click Unprocessed rules.​

A red indicator appears in this menu when there are failed integrations.

Re-run all unprocessed integrations by clicking Re-run all. Plug&Pay will attempt to run all the rules again.​

❗️ Please note: It may take a few minutes before all rules have been processed.

Are some rules still not being executed? Then view the error message to find out why the rule is failing. This can be due to an incorrect webhook URL, or a non-existent element that needs to be triggered, such as an access level or tag.

Hover your mouse over the triangle to view the reason for the failure.
