A universal rule is triggered for every chosen event. For example, on every order, every accepted affiliate or every subscription that ends. This is useful for granting a general access level from Huddle, or for automatically applying a default tag to your customer in ActiveCampaign.
In this article, you'll read how to add a universal rule in Plug&Pay.
Adding a universal integration
Go to Settings > Rules to get started. Click Add rule, give your rule a name, choose a trigger and select the system you'd like to connect with.
The available triggers are:
Affiliate accepted
Instalment ended
Instalment activated
Invoice created
Order paid
Subscription ended
Set up the follow-up actions, such as selecting an access level in Huddle, choosing an action within ActiveCampaign or entering a webhook URL.
Click Create rule to save your new integration.
Editing a universal integration
Under Settings > Integrations, you'll find all universal integrations. To edit or delete an integration, click the three dots on the right-hand side.
