In Plug&Pay, you can choose branding for your landing page so that your unique brand identity is always applied to your pages. In this article, you’ll learn how to change the branding of your landing page.

What is branding?

If you haven’t yet created a brand identity and want to learn more, we recommend reading this article, where we explain the topic in detail.

Choosing branding

When creating your landing page, you selected either the default branding or your own custom branding. You can always switch to different branding settings or make adjustments to your current branding.

Switching branding

You can easily switch between branding settings whilst editing your landing page. To do this, click on the paint palette icon at the top:

Click on Branding and select the desired option:

Don’t forget to save your changes!

Creating custom branding

Even if you’re using your own branding, you can still customise it further.
Branding consists of several elements that you can tailor to your needs:

Colours 🎨

Set the primary colour, secondary colour and background colour.
You can use the sliders to select your preferred colour or enter a colour code. Make sure the primary and secondary colours do not look too similar. The primary colour should stand out, as it is used for buttons.

Typography ✍️

In the typography settings, you can adjust the font, size and colour of your text. You can also define the line spacing. Customise the body text (paragraph) or the different headings (Heading 1 to Heading 4).

ℹ️ You can choose from all Google Fonts.

Buttons ➡️

Define the design of the primary, secondary, outline and transparent buttons.

💡 Tip: Use a contrasting colour for your primary button. This draws more attention and can increase conversions.

Cards 📋

When creating a landing page, you can choose from various content blocks. Some of these blocks contain cards.

You can adjust the background, border, shadow and padding of a card.

Content width

Define the width at which your page content is displayed. The smaller this value, the narrower the content will appear.

Save as new branding

Once you’ve created custom branding, you can save it immediately as new branding. Very handy if you’d like to use this design again 😌.
