In this article, you'll read how to create a new shipping profile and how to edit existing profiles. You use a shipping profile to apply different shipping costs for your physical products, for example when shipping abroad.
Creating a shipping profile
Navigate to Settings > Shipping costs.
Click New profile and give your new profile a name. Optionally choose to copy an existing profile and use it as a template.
Click Add to create your profile.
Under VAT setting, choose whether your shipping costs are calculated including or excluding VAT.

Under Shipping costs, you set the actual shipping costs that are applied to this profile by default.
If you sell your physical product to different countries, you set different shipping costs per country. This is useful to cover the higher shipping costs to another country.
Choose the country and set a price. Add more countries if desired. A country that isn't selected here will use the default shipping costs for the order.

Here you'll find an overview of all products that use the selected shipping profile. Via the 👁️ icon, you can manage your product's settings.
Linking a shipping profile to a product
Navigate to Products and select your product. Click the Pricing tab.
Under Shipping, you can select a shipping profile. Click Save to apply your change.
ℹ️ To select a shipping profile, set up your product as a Physical product under the General tab.
Deleting a shipping profile
Navigate to Settings > Shipping costs and select your shipping profile. Click the three dots in the top right to delete the shipping profile. This action is final and cannot be undone.
