In this article, you'll learn how to export sales data in Plug&Pay. The steps are based on exporting orders, but they work the same way for subscriptions and instalment payments.
Creating an export
To create an export of your orders, navigate to Sales > Orders, choose the type of orders you want to export and optionally set a filter. Then click the Export button.
ℹ️ You can export up to 500 lines at a time. Use the Filter option to split larger datasets into multiple exports.
In the pop-up that appears, you can decide the structure and file format of your export. Click Request export to export the data. The file is emailed to the email address you use to log in to Plug&Pay.
Export by
Order: Each order is exported as one line.
Order line: Each product is exported as a separate line, where an order bump, for example, counts as a separate line.
File format: Choose the desired file type.
