Do you offer physical products and want shipping labels to be created and printed automatically? You can do this via the Google Chrome Plugin for MyParcel!

What is MyParcel

With MyParcel you can create shipping labels quickly and easily. This way all your parcels are ready to send in no time.

If you don't have an account yet, you can register here. Registration for MyParcel is free. You do not take out a subscription with them. You only pay for what you actually send. More information about the costs of sending parcels can be found here.

Installing the Google Chrome Extension

You can download the Google Chrome Extension via this link. Once you have clicked the link, you will arrive on the MyParcel website where you can download the extension by clicking Download extension.

After clicking the button, you are redirected to the Chrome extension page where you can add the extension via the Add to Chrome button.

After adding it, you can find the extension in the top right of your browser via the puzzle piece icon.

Setting Up the MyParcel Preset in Plug&Pay

Before you can start creating shipping labels for your orders, you will need to specify which data from Plug&Pay should be used for which fields in MyParcel. For example, MyParcel recognises that the Postal code field in Plug&Pay should also be filled in under Postal code in their system. You only need to set this preset once!

To set up the preset, go to the gear icon in the extension and open the Link fields: tab.

The following settings will open.

Under Presets > Optional, select Plug&Pay.

Then go to the New shipment tab and you will see that the fields are filled in automatically once you open an order via Plug&Pay.

How the Extension Works

Once you have completed your registration, fully set up your MyParcel account, installed the extension, and set up the preset for Plug&Pay, you can start creating shipping labels automatically!

Creating a shipment works as follows:

  • You open the order for a physical product in Plug&Pay via the orders tab;

  • Via the Google Chrome browser you open the MyParcel extension;

  • You create a new shipment. The details entered in the order in Plug&Pay are automatically filled in the shipment;

  • You then fill in the remaining required information regarding the shipment, carrier & options, and additional shipment information;

  • You can then choose the option to immediately create the next shipment after completing this one;

  • Finally, you click save or save and print directly.

Et voilà! You can now create shipments in MyParcel in no time.
