Sell your products directly via your Huddle with the Plug&Pay integration! Have you created a new product and want to offer it to your members? Automatically create a new product and checkout in Plug&Pay, or link an existing product.
The Plug&Pay integration within Huddle is part of Huddle Premium & Ultimate. Are you using Huddle Lite? Upgrade to Premium or Ultimate to use this feature.
How Members Can Check Out Directly
Users who have no access to your product will find a checkout button when viewing the product. With one click on the button, they land on the payment page and the member can check out directly to gain access to the product.
Once the payment is completed, they are taken back to Huddle and access is added to their account. A member can then get started with the product right away!
Connecting with Plug&Pay
To use this feature, the Plug&Pay integration in Huddle is required. Navigate to Settings > Integrations > Plug&Pay, log in to your Plug&Pay account, and complete the integration. The Huddle plugin will be activated directly in your Plug&Pay environment at the same time, so you have set up both integrations in one go π

Setting Up a Product and Payment Page
Now that the integration with Plug&Pay has been set up, it is time to link a product and checkout to your product in Huddle.
Select your product in the admin environment and click the Access tab. Have you restricted the product with an access level? Then you will see the Sell block at the bottom.
Click the Sell button. You will get the option to select an existing product from your Plug&Pay, or to create a new product.
Choosing an existing product? You already have a product in Plug&Pay and have linked it to a checkout.
Choosing a new product? You create your product in Huddle. After creating it, it will be added to Plug&Pay and a checkout will automatically be created and linked.
Access Levels
In the settings, you specify which access level should be linked after purchase.
Linked Access Levels
Have you already set up access levels in Plug&Pay yourself? These are shown in Huddle under Linked Access Levels. Because these have been configured in Plug&Pay, they are linked automatically and are checked in Huddle.
Want to remove them? Then remove the rule in Plug&Pay.
Changing the Linked Product
Once everything is set up, you will see the linked product displayed on your product in Huddle. Via the three dots on the right-hand side you can edit the product in Huddle, edit it in Plug&Pay, or unlink the product.
Adding a Sales Page
Have you also created a sales page for your product and want to provide more information about it?
Enter the URL of your sales page under the Data tab on the product. Strengthen your offer by adding Unique Selling Points and Frequently Asked Questions.
A button with More Information will now appear below the Checkout button on your product. Via this button, interested members will be taken to your configured sales page.
Editing the Product and Payment Page
Do you want to link a different product or a different checkout to your product in Huddle? Click Edit and select your desired product or checkout. Do you want to remove the linked product? Click Unlink.
If you want to make changes to the product or checkout itself, you will need to do this in Plug&Pay.

If you Huddle is public, you can still use this feature. A field for entering an email adress is shown to users. After purchase, a Huddle account is created with this email address, in order for the user to follow the course.
