Connecting Plug&Pay with Huddle

Automatically create users and assign access levels in Huddle after orders or form submissions.

With the direct integration between Huddle and Plug&Pay you can:

  • create a user in Huddle after an order for a product

  • create a user in Huddle after submitting a form

  • assign an access level to users in Huddle

  • remove an access level after cancellation of a subscription

If your customer already has a Huddle account, access to your environment and the chosen access level will be automatically granted to the existing account.


Activating the Huddle Plugin in Plug&Pay

To activate the Huddle plugin in Plug&Pay, go to Settings > Plugins in your Plug&Pay account. Here you will see a block with 'Huddle' and click Connect.


Entering Your Huddle Domain

You will then see a screen where you need to enter the domain name (URL) of your Huddle. The domain name of your Huddle can be found in the address bar when you are in your Huddle environment.

After entering it, click Log in to Huddle, and you will be taken directly to your Huddle environment where you can log in. After logging in, return to Plug&Pay to complete the integration.

Click Connect to link your Huddle with Plug&Pay. If you see the screen below, you have successfully set up the integration πŸ™Œ


Configuring the Integration Further

Now that your Huddle is connected, it is time to configure which products or forms should grant access to your Huddle.
