The 404 page

Customise the default 404 page of your Plug&Pay

A 404 page is shown when a visitor goes to a page that does not exist on your Plug&Pay website or cannot be shown, for example because it has not been published.

Your Plug&Pay uses a default 404 page. You can design this page exactly the way you want. This way you turn a boring 404 page into something fun that suits your Plug&Pay site!

Customising the 404 page

Go to Pages > Landing pages and click on 404 | Default.

In the page builder that opens, you can design and customise the 404 page as you wish. Modify the text, the image, and the colours of this page.

Don't spend too much time on the design; it's just a 404 page πŸ˜‰

You have one 404 page maximum. This is used across your entire Plug&Pay site, for both checkouts and landing pages.

ℹ️ The 404 page does not count towards the maximum number of pages you can have in the Lite plan.
