Setting the Language in Plug&Pay

Language settings for your shop and admin environment in Plug&Pay

In this guide, you'll learn how to set the language in Plug&Pay. You can do this separately for your shop (external communication with customers) and your admin environment (internal use).


Changing the Shop Language (External Communication)

Your shop language determines the language used to communicate with your customers. This applies to your entire shop, including checkouts, order confirmations, and invoices. It's not possible to set a language per individual page or email, and written content on landing pages is not translated automatically.

To change your shop language, go to Settings > Shop features.

Use the dropdown menu to select English or Dutch and click Save to apply the change.

Changing the Admin Environment Language (Internal Use)

The language of your shop is separate from the language of your admin environment and can be set per user individually.

To change the language of your admin environment, click your name in the top-right corner and select Verander naar Nederlands or Switch to English.
