Spam submissions in forms

Written by Bryan Schoenmaker
Updated over 2 weeks ago

Plug&Pay automatically checks every form submission with a built-in spam filter. This prevents your submissions from being clouded with spam.

View submissions

Open your form and go to Submissions. Here you can find an overview of all submissions for this form, when it was submitted and by whom.

Under Submissions, all regular submissions are shown, under Spam, all spam submissions are shown.

Mark as spam

Despite our spam filter, spam can still slip through. You can mark these submissions as spam yourself by clicking the three dots next to your form submission.

The submission will immediately be moved to the spam tab.

ℹ️ A spam submission will not be counted towards your form submission count.

Mark as not spam

It's also possible that a submission is incorrectly marked as spam, because your visitor is using a VPN for example. You can mark these submissions as not spam by clicking the three dots.

The submission will be immediately moved to the submissions tab and will now count towards your form submissions.

❗️Rules will not be automatically triggered

Deleting submissions

You can also permanently delete submissions to remove them from your overview.

To do this, click the three dots next to the form submission and then click delete.
