In this article, you'll read how the instalments overview in Plug&Pay is built up, which tabs are available and which actions you can carry out from the overview.
Instalments overview
Navigate to Sales > Instalments to open the instalments overview.
All
The All tab shows a complete overview of all instalments ever started in your Plug&Pay.
Active
The Active tab shows all instalments with at least 1 remaining payment.
Ended
The Ended tab shows all instalments that have been completed and have no remaining scheduled payments.
Test payments
You can find any test orders here that you've placed to go through the checkout process for a product set up as an instalment payment. With test payments, no actual payment has taken place, and no actual payments are collected via direct debit.

Actions
Within the instalments overview, you can also carry out various actions.
Create instalment payment
From the instalments overview, you can manually create a new instalment payment.

Export
You can request an export of your instalments in XLSX or CSV format.

Filter
With the filter, you can filter instalments by status, start date, next direct debit, product group, product, country, label, cycle and affiliate. The applied filters are included in the export.
