The tabs and actions inside the order overview in Plug&Pay

In this article, you'll learn how the order overview in Plug&Pay is built up, which tabs are available and which actions you can carry out from the overview.


Order overview

Navigate to Sales > Orders to open the order overview.

All

The All tab shows a complete overview of all orders placed by customers.

Abandoned

Customers who clicked on the checkout button but left the checkout without paying appear here. These customers automatically receive an email with a payment link so they can still complete their order.

Failed direct debits

This tab shows all direct debits that have failed. Possible causes are insufficient funds, a reversed payment or an expired mandate.

Test orders

You can find any test orders here that you've placed to go through the checkout process. With test orders, no actual payment has taken place.

Manual

This tab shows all orders that you've manually created as an administrator. These can be one-off orders, but also instalment payments and subscriptions.


Actions

Within the order overview, you can also carry out various actions.

Create order

From the order overview, you can manually create a new order.

Export

You can request an export of your orders in PDF, XLSX or CSV format.

Filter

With the filter, you can filter orders by status, period, type, product group, product, country, checkout, label, discount code, affiliate and VAT status. The applied filters are included in the export.
