In the Plug&Pay affiliate dashboard under Payments, you will find an overview of all paid commissions. A payment will be visible here as soon as the partner has approved it.
Here you will see the date of payment, which partner is involved, the account number to which it will be paid and the amount of commission paid out. You can download a PDF invoice for each payment.
Under Status, you can mark whether you have received the payment yourself, so that you can keep track of it. Shop owners are responsible for paying out the commissions themselves, and if you have any questions about the payment, you can also contact your partner. You can find a partner's contact details under the Information tab.
In the screen above, you can also find your invoice for the payment. You can find it by clicking on this button:
Various payment methods
In your affiliate profile, you can choose how you want to be paid: via bank account or PayPal. Your partner can only pay you if they support the same payment method.
In the Plug&Pay Marketplace, you can see which payment methods are supported by each partner:
If you have registered with a partner that does not support your payment method, a notification will appear in the partner overview in the affiliate dashboard stating that your chosen payment method is not supported.
