Customise Plug&Pay's automated emails to your own style

Plug&Pay automatically sends emails to your customers, such as order confirmations, payment links, recurring invoices and notifications when a direct debit has failed. In this article, you'll read how to adjust these automated email templates.


Adjusting email templates

To adjust your email templates in Plug&Pay, navigate to Settings > Email templates.

Choose which email template you want to adjust from the overview that appears.

Change the texts to your liking through the text fields in the email template. Using the light blue shortcodes, you add personal details to your email, such as the name or email address of your customer; this makes your emails more personal. Save your changes with the Save button.

Via the dropdown menu under Choose template, you can navigate between the different email templates.
