Plug&Pay automatically sends emails to your customers, such as order confirmations, payment links, repeat invoices, and notifications for failed direct debits. In this article you will learn how to customize these automatic email templates.
Customizing Email Templates
To customize your email templates in Plug&Pay, navigate to Settings > Email Templates.
Choose which email template you want to customize from the overview shown.
Edit the texts as desired using the text fields in the email template. Using the light blue shortcodes, you can add personal details to your email, such as the customer's name or email address; this makes your emails more personal. Save your changes with the Save button.
Using the dropdown menu under Choose Template, you can navigate between the different email templates.
