By default, emails are sent from our no-reply@plugandpay.nl email address. You can change this address to your own email address.
In order to do this, you need to change your DNS records at your domain host. This article shows you how to do this.
This feature is part of Plug&Pay Premium & Ultimate.
Do you use Plug&Pay Lite? Upgrade to Premium or Ultimate to use this feature.
Add your own email address
Go to Settings > Email settings to add your own email address:
Here you enter your own address. Make sure to click Save after adding your email address.
Adding the DNS records to your domain host
After adding your own address the five records that you must add to your domain host are shown:
Most domain hosts allow you to log in and change the DNS records yourself. If this is not an option, or you do not want to / are unable to do this yourself, contact your domain host.
The following records must be added:
TXT that refers to k=rsa; p=MIGfMA0GCSqGSIb3DQEBAQUAA4GNADCBiQKBgQDtXDs3HEBt0Jxw5P1Owpw/kwVxkh+7sc4pw24iIzNmR1vgsJDvU2s7MxiHb7LPhhADwZrp9ycb1r8nhWF/AwOWznaxAXvkZI4pl VAeQ8QanthxMTfPAsehHhWpj0ij6j/tjhnUVhyxUmyTmqC3NO+uFd/Iq/pyeFTz54NNTRVu5wIDAQAB
TXT that refers to v=spf1 include:mailgun.org ~all
CNAME that refers to mailgun.org
MX that refers to mxa.mailgun.org
MX that refers to mxb.mailgun.org
It can take up to 24 hours for DNS records to validate. If everything is set up and processed correctly, you see 5 green ticks in the left-hand column:
If this is the case, your email address is set up correctly!
