Notification settings
In addition to the regular email settings for your Plug&Pay environment, you can set up the following notifications:
When an affiliate signs up for your shop.
When you receive a new order.
When a payment reversal occurs.
When a contact form is submitted.
You can change the notification settings in your site overview. For each site, you can use the three dots > Manage notifications to choose which notifications you would like to receive.
Notification email address
By default, notifications are sent to the email address used for logging in. You can change this by going to clicking Your name > My account in the top right-hand corner.
Here you can change the notification email address. Enter a different email address, if you want to send the notifications somewhere else:
