Requesting an Export

Export your orders in CSV, XLSX, or PDF format

In Plug&Pay it is possible to request an export of your orders. In this article I will explain where you can request an export and what options are available.

Requesting an export

You can request the export via Sales > Orders > Export, as shown in the screenshot below:

The available formats for the export are: csv, xlsx and PDF. You can choose between per order or per order line. The difference?

  • Per order: 1 row is 1 order;

  • Per order line: 1 row is 1 product - an order bump is therefore a separate row;

ℹ️ A maximum of 500 orders can be included per export. More than 500 orders? Then run separate exports.

The filter overview

In the filter overview you have options to filter orders. All these filters are included in the export you request. Do you have more than 750 orders? Then you can filter on 'Period', so that you stay under the limit and can request the export in PDF.

You can currently filter on: status, period, type, product group, product, country, checkout, label, discount code, affiliate. Looking for a filter that's not listed here?

Where is the export sent?

The export is emailed to the email address you use to log in to Plug&Pay. By clicking the download button, the requested file will be opened on your computer :-). In addition, you can also find the export in the admin environment, as explained below.

Where can I find requested exports?

When you click on your name in the top right of the admin environment, 'Exports' will appear in the dropdown menu. Here you can find the most recent exports you have requested.
