In this article, you'll learn how to find and send a customer invoice in Plug&Pay.
Viewing an invoice
You can find a customer's invoice within the relevant order. Navigate to Sales > Orders and click the invoice number to open the order.
Then click PDF invoice > Download to view the invoice. It opens in a new tab, where you can also download the invoice as a PDF.
Emailing the invoice
To (re)send the invoice to the customer by email, open the order, navigate to PDF invoice and choose Email.
A pop-up appears where you can adjust the content of the email. Click Send to send the email.
Email address: The customer's email address.
Subject/Message: By default, the text shown here is the one you've set up under Settings > Email templates > Send invoice. You can read more about adjusting your email templates in the article Customising email templates.
