Adding and configuring your terms and conditions in Plug&Pay

In this guide, you'll learn how to add your company's terms and conditions to Plug&Pay. Customers are required to accept these before they can check out, and can open the document directly from the payment page.

ℹ️ Don't have terms and conditions yet? Free examples are available online, and paid templates exist as well. For the most legally sound version, we recommend consulting a lawyer.


Adding Terms and Conditions

To add your terms and conditions, go to Settings > General > Details.

Click Add to upload your file and select it from your device. We recommend using a PDF file. Click Save to confirm.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you offer a terms and conditions template?

No, Plug&Pay does not provide a template for terms and conditions. Since our customers vary greatly, a generic template wouldn't be appropriate, as your terms need to reflect your specific business situation.
