Cancelling an instalment payment

Cancelling or stopping your customer's instalment payment in Plug&Pay

In this article, you will learn how to manually stop your customer's instalment payment in Plug&Pay.


Cancelling instalment payment

Navigate to Sales > Instalments and find the instalment payment you'd like to end prematurely. Click on the number to open the instalment payment.

In the instalment payment's overview you'll find the block Actions. An active instalment payment has at least 1 remaning payment.

To completely cancel the instalment payment, change the number of remaining payments to '0' and click Save. No new payments will be made within this instalment.
