Updating Your Subscription Details
Updating Billing Details
Would you like to update your billing details for Plug&Pay? Within your Plug&Pay you can go to Settings > Edit subscription.
On this page you can see the details your subscription is registered under. You can change these details using the pencil icon.
The changes will apply from the next invoice. Past invoices cannot be changed.
Changing Your Payment Method
On the Settings > Edit subscription page you can also change your account number. You can click the pencil icon to change the payment method.
The next invoice will be collected from this account number.
Upgrading or Downgrading
On the Settings > Edit subscription page you can see what your current subscription is. You can also choose to upgrade or downgrade. On this page you can see exactly which features are included with each subscription.
Monthly and Annual Subscriptions
On the Settings > Edit subscription page you can change whether you want a monthly or annual subscription.
Annual subscriptions are ultimately cheaper and can be cancelled annually.
Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.
Finding Your Invoices
If on the Settings > Edit subscription page you go to the invoices heading, you will see an overview of the invoices within your subscription. There is also a button there to download your invoice for your own records.
Cancelling
Would you like to cancel your subscription? On the Settings > Edit subscription page you will find the button to cancel your subscription. Your subscription will be cancelled as of the next direct debit date.
You can also choose to cancel your subscription immediately. You do this by clicking the toggle next to Delete data. You will then be logged out immediately and will no longer have access to your account.
Making Changes to Your Subscription via the Customer Portal
Unable to log in to your Plug&Pay, or did you never set up your shop? You can also change your subscription via the customer portal. The link to the Plug&Pay customer portal is: https://portal.plugandpay.nl/login/plugandpay-3
You can log in here with your email address. A code will be sent to your email address. Once you have entered this, you are logged in.
In the customer portal you can see all subscriptions that are active on your email address. You can also download invoices, update billing details, or cancel your subscription here.
