How to modify-, upgrade-, downgrade- or cancel subscription. How to change billing information

Modify subscription information

Modify billing information

Would you like to change your invoice details? Go to Settings > Customise subscription:

This page shows the details of your subscription. You can change these by clicking the pencil icon:

Any changes are applied to your next invoice. It is not possible to change past invoices.

Change payment method

On the same page you can also modify your Payment method. If no payment method is added yet, this is also shown:

The next invoice is collected from the new payment method.

Change billing cycle / Up- or downgrade

On the same page you can change your billing cycle, and/or up- or downgrade your subscription. You can choose between Monthly or Annual payments.

Annual subscriptions are cheaper and can be cancelled annually. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled monthly.

Below, you can see exactly which features are included in which subscription:


Finding invoices

If you go to the Invoices section, you see an overview of all the invoices for your Plug&Pay subscription. There is also a button to download an invoice:


Cancelling

Do you want to cancel your subscription? You can find a Cancel button here:

Your subscription will be cancelled as of the next billing date.

You can also choose to cancel your subscription immediately. To do so, click on the slider next to Delete data. You are logged out immediately and will no longer have access to your account.


Making changes to your subscription via the customer portal

Are you unable to log in to your Plug&Pay environment or have you never created your shop? You can also change your subscription via our customer portal.

The link to the Plug&Pay customer portal is: https://portal.plugandpay.nl/login/plugandpay-3

You can log in with your email address. A code is sent to your email address. Once you enter this code, you are logged in.

In the customer portal you can see all subscriptions that are active for your email address. You can also download invoices here, change your billing information or cancel your subscription:
