In this guide, you'll learn how to manage your notification settings in Plug&Pay. This includes choosing which notifications you receive, updating your notification email address, and enabling desktop notifications for new orders.
Managing Notification Settings
To update your notification preferences, go to the site overview. Click the three dots next to the site you want to manage and select Manage notifications.
Select which notifications you want to receive and click Save to apply your changes. Available notification options depend on your user role and subscription.
Changing the Notification Email Address
To change the email address used for notifications, go to Your name > My account in the top-right corner.
At the bottom of the page, find the Notifications section and update your email address. Click Save to apply the change.
Enabling Desktop Notifications
You can receive desktop notifications for new orders. This requires permission in both your browser and on your device. To enable this, select Receive desktop notification for new orders in the notification settings and follow the steps below.
ℹ️ Desktop notifications are supported in Chrome, Safari, and Firefox.
Desktop Notifications: Browser Permission
To allow desktop notifications in your browser, click the settings icon in your address bar and enable Notifications.
Desktop Notifications: Device Permission
To allow desktop notifications on your device, go to your device's notification settings, select your browser, and enable Notifications.
