A universal integration is triggered for every chosen event. For example, with every order, every accepted affiliate, or every subscription that is cancelled. This is useful for assigning a general access level in Huddle, or for adding a tag to your customer within MailBlue.
Adding a Universal Integration
Go to Settings > Integrations to get started. Click Add Integration, give your rule a name, choose a trigger, and select the system you want to connect to.
Configure the follow-up actions, such as selecting an access level in Huddle, choosing an action within MailBlue/ActiveCampaign, or entering a webhook URL. Click 'Create rule' to save your new integration.
Editing a Universal Integration
Under Settings > Integrations you will find all universal integrations. To edit or delete an integration, click on the three dots on the right-hand side.
