With the integration between Huddle and Plug&Pay you can not only automatically grant access to Huddle, but also revoke it again. This is ideal when you grant access to your Huddle environment via a subscription. After the subscription is stopped, you can remove the access levels from the user!

Revoking Access After Cancelling a Subscription
The integration with Huddle works based on rules. A rule determines what should happen in Huddle when a certain action occurs.
Go to the settings of your product in Plug&Pay and navigate to the Integrations tab.
Click Add Rule and give your rule a name. For a subscription you can choose from five different triggers. To remove an access level from a user, choose one of these triggers:
Subscription cancelled
This rule is triggered at the moment the subscription is cancelled. The subscription is still active at that point but will expire at the next direct debit date.Use this when an access level should already be removed upon cancellation.
Subscription ended
This rule is triggered when the subscription changes from active to inactive or ended.Use this when an access level should only be removed once the subscription has expired.
Once you have chosen a trigger, select Huddle under 'Action'. Select the access levels that should be removed after the subscription is cancelled or ended.
Create the rule. In the example below, the access level 'Membership gold' is assigned when an order is placed, and removed again once the subscription has ended.
βΉοΈ Deleting a Huddle account is not possible via this integration. A Huddle account can only be deleted manually.
