Finding the statistics

In the left menu, go to Statistics > Affiliates.

Filtering

In the top right, you can adjust the chosen period or apply a filter. You can filter by a specific affiliate or by created product groups.

What can you see on this page?

The statistics page consists of several sections. Below, I'll explain them one by one.

Key figures and results

At the top, you'll see two cards:

  • Total revenue - the total sales value generated via affiliates in the chosen period.

  • Commissions - the total amount you've paid out, or still need to pay out, to affiliates.

The chart shows the performance over the selected period. Switch between two views in the top right of the chart: Revenue shows the daily revenue via affiliates, and Conversion shows the number of conversions and the conversion rate per day.

Affiliate overview

The table shows all affiliates ordered by value. You can sort by:

  • the number of clicks (times the promotion links have been used)

  • the number of conversions (sales that resulted from those clicks)

  • the total value of those conversions

  • the commission the affiliate receives

Promotion link overview

Below the affiliates table, you'll see an overview of all promotion links. For each link, you'll see clicks, conversions, conversion rate, commission and revenue. Click the icon next to a link to open the corresponding page directly.

Summary

To the right of the chart is a summary with two figures: Ongoing shows the commission still expected from active subscriptions, and Total clicks this period shows the total number of clicks in the selected period.

Top 5 products

Below the summary, you'll see the five best-performing products sorted by revenue, including the number of sales and the total revenue per product.
