Viewing your Plug&Pay statistics

Explanation of the statistics of your dashboard, orders and pages

Written by Jelle Graafstal

As an entrepreneur, it's crucial to always have insight into your statistics. By tracking your revenue, conversion rates, number of views and orders, you can quickly respond to opportunities and optimise your strategy. With Plug&Pay, all this data is easily within reach. In this article, you'll read which statistics Plug&Pay tracks and where you can find them.

Plug&Pay dashboard

The Plug&Pay dashboard gives you all the key figures for your Plug&Pay site at a glance.

By default, the current month is used. In the top right, you can adjust the period yourself and optionally compare data with another period.

You'll find the following information on the dashboard. 👇

Revenue and income

The revenue you've made today, this month, this year and in total is shown in various cards.

The chart shows the achieved revenue and the expected revenue (based on scheduled direct debits).

The income window displays where your revenue is coming from. You can also filter on subscriptions and instalments here.

ℹ️ Orders with the status paid and pending are included here.

Products

The five best-selling product(s) (groups) are shown here. If you sell subscriptions or instalments, you can view the MRR (monthly recurring revenue) of your product(s) (groups) here.

Trials

The number of trial periods that have been started, extended and stopped in the given period.

Extra revenue

The extra revenue you've earned with order bumps and upsells, and the total of these.

Recent orders

The five most recent orders placed via your checkouts.

Affiliates

Shows the top 5 highest-earning affiliates and the amount of revenue and orders all your affiliates have generated for you.

Pages and traffic

Here you can see which pages perform best in terms of visitors, views and conversion. If you've created forms, you'll also find the statistics of your forms here.

Product statistics

Via Products in the left menu, you can find the revenue, orders and subscriptions columns and sort by them.

The same data is also visible on the product itself, on the right-hand side.

Checkout statistics

Via Pages > Checkouts, you can view the conversion rate and the number of views per page in the overview, and sort by them.

Open the checkout for more details, such as the % that paid with an order bump.

For more detailed page statistics, click the three dots next to your checkout in the overview and then click View statistics.

Subscription statistics

You can find detailed data about your subscriptions via Statistics > Subscriptions.

Where can I find the expected revenue from subscriptions?

Via the Dashboard, your scheduled revenue per day is shown on the chart. In the Earnings card, you can select Subscriptions to see how much revenue is expected in the indicated period.

Where can I find the expected revenue from instalments?

Via the Dashboard, your scheduled revenue per day is shown on the chart. In the Earnings card, you can select Instalments to see how much revenue is expected in the indicated period.

My sales figures don't match what I see in Mollie/Stripe, why is that?

Always first check whether you're viewing the statistics for exactly the same period in both Mollie/Stripe and Plug&Pay. Note that in Plug&Pay, some statistics are converted to revenue per month, such as for quarterly or annual subscriptions.

Think of the Mollie/Stripe dashboard as the dashboard where you can find what has actually been deposited into your account over the past period. Think of Plug&Pay as the source for your real sales data. So make a clear distinction between the two yourself to avoid drawing the wrong conclusions.
