The affiliate system is part of Plug&Pay Ultimate. Are you using Plug&Pay Lite or Premium? Upgrade to Plug&Pay Ultimate to use this feature.
Paying out your affiliates is done by creating a payment run. You do this under Affiliates > Sellers.
Select the affiliates you want to include in this payment run and therefore want to pay out. Then click Create payment run.
❗️ Note: You can only select affiliates whose outstanding balance exceeds your payment threshold and who have a valid payout method set up.
Under Payment Runs you will find all created payment runs. Here you can also find the SEPA file / PayPal file to upload. You access it by clicking the three dots next to the payment run.
Uploading SEPA Files at Your Bank
The SEPA file can be uploaded at your bank. This means all individual payments to affiliates are processed automatically, so you don't need to pay each affiliate separately. Simply upload the SEPA file all at once.
Paying Out with PayPal
Do you have affiliates who are paid via PayPal? Download the PayPal file from the payment run and log in to your PayPal account. You can use the file here to pay all your affiliates at once.
