It may happen that at a later stage you decide to change the price of your product. I can imagine that you might then think: "What happens to my customers who already have a subscription?"

I'm happy to give you the answer πŸ˜„

If you change the price of a product, this applies only to new subscriptions. You can therefore change a price up or down without any problem, without existing customers being affected. Convenient ;)

You will also see this notification appear when you want to change the product price via Products > Edit product > Prices.

But what if I want to change the price of an existing subscription?

If you want to change the price of an existing subscription, you need to do this individually per subscription. In this article you can read how to change an existing subscription.

❗ Note ❗ A small disclaimer:

Make sure that you always discuss a price change for an existing customer properly with your customer. This way you prevent unpleasant situations. πŸ˜ƒ

Good luck with your pricing policy!
