In this article, you'll learn how to set up a downsell in Plug&Pay. A downsell is an additional sales moment that's shown when a customer doesn't purchase your upsell. This way, you can offer a cheaper alternative, for example.

You can only set up a downsell if there's already an upsell configured on your checkout. To do this, navigate to Checkouts > Checkout > Upsells. Next to every upsell that's been set up, a block automatically appears in which you can configure a downsell.

Choose the upsell you'd like to use as a downsell from the list and click Save.

The downsell will now be shown when the customer doesn't purchase the upsell. Click Save to keep your updated funnel.
