In this article you can read how to set up the general details of your Plug&Pay environment, such as your shop name and company details.

To set up your details, navigate to Settings > General > Details.

Here you fill in your shop name and general details.

Shop name: The name of your shop. This name is shown on your payment pages and in the emails your customers receive.

Email address: The email address at which your customers can reach you. This email address is shown on the invoice and in emails sent to your customers.

Address details: The address details of your company, which are shown on your payment pages and invoice. These details are required to be filled in.

Optionally fill in your additional company details here.

Company details: The company name, VAT number and registration number are shown on the invoice sent to the customer.

Terms and conditions: Upload your company's terms and conditions here. Customers must agree to these when making a purchase. Read more about this in the article Adding terms and conditions.
