Setting Up General Details

Your store name, contact details, and business information in Plug&Pay

In this guide, you'll learn how to set up the general information in your Plug&Pay environment. These details are used on your payment pages, invoices, and emails sent to customers.


Setting Up Your Details

To set up your details, go to Settings > General > General Data.

General data: General details

Enter your store name and general contact details here.

Store name: The name of your store. This name is shown on your payment pages and in emails your customers receive, such as order confirmations and payment reminders.

Email address: The email address customers can use to reach you. This address is shown on invoices sent to customers.

Address details: Your business address, shown on your payment pages and invoices. These details must match your Chamber of Commerce registration.

Optionally enter additional business details here.

Business information: Your company name, VAT number, and company registration number are shown on invoices sent to customers.

ℹ️ Enter your BIC number if you sell products or services internationally.

Terms and conditions: Upload your company's terms and conditions here. Customers are required to accept these before completing a purchase. Read more in Adding Terms and Conditions.
