In this guide, you'll learn how to update your login credentials and set up two-factor authentication (2FA) in Plug&Pay.


Updating Login Credentials and 2FA

Go to Your name > My account in the top-right corner to update your login credentials and 2FA settings.

Update your email address, name, and/or password here. You cannot enter an email address that is already in use within Plug&Pay.

ℹ️ To change your password, you'll need your current password. Choose a strong password of at least 8 characters, your Plug&Pay environment contains sensitive information about you and your customers.

  • Use a password you don't use anywhere else.

  • Make it easy for you to remember, but hard for others to guess.

  • Never share your password with anyone.

  • Consider using a password manager.

My Account: Two-Step Verification

With two-factor authentication (2FA), new devices can only log in using a verification code. You receive this code via SMS, a voice message, or an authenticator app. Enter your phone number and select Activate to set this up.
