In this guide, you'll learn how to add a user to your Plug&Pay environment, manage existing users, and understand the different user roles.
ℹ️ This feature is available from Plug&Pay Premium. Using Plug&Pay Lite? Upgrade to Premium or Ultimate to use this feature.
Adding a User
To give a new user access to your environment, go to Settings > Administration > Users.
You'll see an overview of all users with access to your environment. Click Add user.
Enter the name and email address of the person you want to invite and select their user role. For more information about the available roles, use the Role overview button or see User Roles Explained below. Click Invite to send the invitation.
ℹ️ You can combine multiple roles — for example, give a user both the Marketing and Finance roles if they need to create products and manage subscriptions.
You can always resend an invitation if the invitee hasn't accepted it in time, or cancel it entirely. To do so, click the three dots next to the user in the user overview and select the desired action.
Managing Users
To update a user's role or remove a user, go to Settings > Administration > Users. Click the three dots next to the user and select Edit to change their role, or Remove user to revoke their access.
