In this article you can read how to manage your notification settings in Plug&Pay: which notifications you want to receive and how to set up desktop notifications.

To adjust your notification preferences, navigate to the site overview. Here you click on the three dots next to your shop name and choose Manage notifications.

Then select which notifications you do or do not want to receive. Save your changes via Save.

If you want to change the email address on which you receive your notifications, navigate to Your name > My account in the top right.

At the bottom of the page you will find Notifications, where you can change the email address. Save the updated email address via Save.

It is possible to receive desktop notifications for new orders. To do this, you need to grant permission via the notification option Receive desktop notification for new orders.

You grant permission for desktop notifications in your browser by clicking the Notifications icon in your address bar and allowing notifications for admin.plugandpay.com.

To allow desktop notifications on your device, first navigate to the notification settings of your device and enable Notifications for Google Chrome.
