Sending orders via MyParcel

Importing physical orders from Plug&Pay into MyParcel using a CSV export

Written by Rens van Hout

In this guide you'll learn how to import physical orders from Plug&Pay into MyParcel. MyParcel is a shipping platform that lets you create, send and track parcels via various carriers. You export your orders as a CSV file from Plug&Pay and then import them into MyParcel.

Importing orders into MyParcel

Export your orders as a CSV file by following the steps in the guide Requesting an Export. Make sure to filter on your physical orders before exporting. Use a label, product group, or select the product directly, within a specific time period.

Orders page in Plug&Pay with the 'Export' button and 'Filter' button visible in the overview.

Then go to Shipments > Multiple shipments in MyParcel. Drag your CSV file to the upload window or click 'Choose file' to select it.

MyParcel automatically recognises the address fields from your export. You can then manually adjust fields or remove orders from the list before importing.

Click Import at the bottom. You'll then see an overview of the imported shipments, which you can process as normal in MyParcel from that point on.
